Enavo Credits Subscription Refund Policy

Our Commitment: Enavo Credits is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a full refund on your subscription if you haven't downloaded any design assets using our service within the active subscription period.


To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • You haven't downloaded any design assets using Enavo Credits during your entire subscription period.
  • You submit a refund request within your active subscription period (before it ends).

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact Us: During your active subscription period, initiate a refund request by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp.
  • WhatsApp Number: Our WhatsApp number for refund requests is clearly displayed:
  • Within the live chat section of your Enavo Credits dashboard.
  • In the footer section of our website at your website address:

Important Information:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your WhatsApp request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
  • We cannot offer refunds for subscriptions that have already ended, even if you haven't downloaded any assets.
